WINTER WARMER TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
COVID-19 POLICYIf any patron, staff or partner feels unwell or has potentially been exposed to COVID-19, they must not attend the event and remain at home. This includes those who have been in hot spots. The team at Winter Warmer takes is committed to provide a safe event for all patrons, staff & partners. We have been closely monitoring the current COVID-19 Australian Government, Australian Health Department & NSW State Government and Event Venue Partner advice and restrictions, and any additional regulatory requirements will be implemented accordingly. To ensure a safe event we have implemented measures including; providing staff with personal protective equipment & ensuring surface and hand sanitising is completed on a regular basis. Hand sanitiser is available across the event site and hand washing stations within the bathrooms on site. It is at the patron’s discretion whether to wear a face mask to the event. We also ask patrons to maintain social distancing and practice good hygiene. If any patron, staff or partner feels unwell or has potentially been exposed to COVID-19, they must not attend the event and remain at home. Our aim is to make sure we are doing everything we can to help reduce COVID-19 community transmission to ensure the event is as safe as possible. We greatly appreciate your assistance during this time.
MARKETS
The Cinema Dome runs from the 25
th until 28
th August 2022. Daily times are from 3pm until 10pm, times will be advertised on the Winter Warmer website and appear on your tickets.
Entry to the event is via the Burreli Street entrance to MacCabe Park. Your e-ticket is required for entry to the event, there is a box office, but tickets are recommended to be pre-purchased to gain entry. You will need either display via your smartphone or have a printed copy for scanning.
The Winter Warmer event will offer a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot and cold food vendors, confectionary, and popcorn. You will not be allowed to bring any food or beverages into the and the Winter Warmer event is strictly no BYO alcohol. Winter Warmer is a strictly no smoking event.
- The unauthorised re-selling of event tickets or offering for sale, transfer or attempted transfer for profit or commercial advantage is not permitted at any time. This includes any use of Event tickets for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes.
- Pass-outs are permitted, but re-entry is not guaranteed and subject to capacity limits.
- A change in personal circumstances or an incorrect purchase DO NOT qualify for a refund or exchange. The Organiser may consider such a refund at its own discretion. Tickets are purchased as non-refundable items except as required by law &/or specified by the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event date or venue, and should it be necessary to do so, the Organiser will use all reasonable endeavours to notify Patrons of the change, all tickets will remain valid, and refunds will be offered to those who claim one. The Organiser reserves the right to alter advertised screening times and substitute films if required to do so. No refunds will be given for program changes.
- The Organiser may at its own discretion refund Patrons if the Event is cancelled due to calamitous weather, an act of war or terrorism, or any event outside the control of the Organiser, collectively referred to as a Force Majeure event.
- Any patron possessing a prohibited item will not be admitted and/or evicted from the Event. This includes any of the following: glass, weapons, lasers, fireworks, animals (excluding authorised guide/companion dogs), drones and illicit drugs. Any patron found to be possessing a prohibited item will have it confiscated and it will not be returned. Depending on the item found the patron may be evicted from the event at security and managements discretion.
- Any patron possessing alcohol may prohibited from entering the premises. The event area is a licensed space and any alcohol found will be confiscated.
- If you are removed from the Event and/or denied entry to the Event, you will not be entitled to any ticket refund and/or compensation.
- The Event is all ages with persons 17 years of age or below required to attend the Event with a parent or guardian. Ticketholders must be 18+ years of age to enter licensed areas and will be required to show valid photo identification. Ticketholders without valid photo identification will be refused entry to licensed areas.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a Patron admission to the Event and/or to evict any person from the Event if they are affected by alcohol or drugs, or act in contravention of any of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organiser may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and will post variations on winterwarmer.com.au. By making a purchase from Winter Warmer & MMR Entertainment Pty Ltd after the Terms and Conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.
CINEMA
The Cinema Dome runs multiple screenings each day, times will be advertised on the Winter Warmer website and appear on your tickets. Screenings will aim to commence at the advertised time, and we suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before.

The Cinema Dome offers a range of non-alcoholic beverages, confectionary, and popcorn. You will not be allowed to bring any hot food into the Cinema Dome (excluding Popcorn), and the Winter Warmer event is strictly no BYO alcohol.
- Admission is by valid ticket purchased online or at the onsite box office.
- Your ticket is valid for the Cinema Dome event plus entry into the Winter Warmer market event.
- All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. Refunds will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong session nor for a cancellation due to change of mind. In addition, no refunds will be issued on unused tickets. A change in personal circumstances or an incorrect purchase DO NOT qualify for a refund or exchange. The Organiser may consider such a refund at its own discretion
- Winter Farmer reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue and vary advertised films and times.
- By attending, all patrons must be willing to have their bag/s searched upon entry. Any alcohol, illegal weapons or substances found will be confiscated. Confiscated alcohol can be collected upon departure.
- Please note the film rating (where available) for your selected film is on our website: winterwarmer.com.au. Photo identification will be required for restricted films.
- Winter Warmer is a smoke free event.
- Dogs and pets are not permitted inside of the Cinema Dome
- Sound recording equipment, video, movie and mobile phone cameras must not be used during the film.
- Subject to a ticket holders’ rights under applicable laws where liability may not be excluded, restricted or modified, Winter Warmer, the ticketing company or the venue are not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of attendance Winter Warmer and disclaim the existence of any common law duty of care to any ticket holder.
- By attending, all patrons accept & give consent for onsite photo's may be taken during the event. These photos capture them and be used for marketing, advertising & sales purposes across Winter Warmers channels.
- All patrons agree to comply with Winter Warmers COVID procedures and take direction from staff. Failure to comply will result in the patron being removed from the venue and their ticket becoming void without a refund.
DINING IGLOO
The dining igloo experience will run from the 25
th until 28
th August at MacCabe Park. You will be required to pre-select a reservation time and pre-order your menu options.
- Each dining experience reservation is for 90 minutes starting from the reservation time, you will be asked to vacate the igloo after this time expires.
- We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your reservation time. If you are running more than 10 minutes late after the reservation time, you will forfeit your ticket. No refunds will be given.
- Menu and dietary requirements must be selected before the dining experience, no changes can be made at the experience.
- Due to the temporary nature of the dining experience, there is limited dietary requirements we can meet.
- Tickets and reservations to the dining igloo experience are non-refundable. If you contact us more than 72 hours before the reservation time, we will manage your booking on a case-by-case basis. If you do not show up at the dining experience, then you will not receive a refund.
- All conditions of the Winter Warmer Market apply to the Dining Igloo.

Any and all issues or claims relating to sale and/or purchase of tickets and the provision of associated event(s) are the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser and Ferve Tickets (or any subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, directors or employees) have no liability for any claims. Ferve Tickets is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. Ferve Tickets cannot exchange or refund this ticket nor associated fees, please contact the Event Organiser with any queries. Ferve Tickets has no obligation to provide a refund or any other financial compensation if an event is cancelled, postponed or substantially altered by the Event Organiser, in which case you should contact the Event Organiser directly. Purchasing tickets constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.
